Lead a team building and deploying scalable data solutions for a SaaS product. Guide technical direction, delivery, security, and team development for a platform used by millions of people.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Security.
  • Manage the technical backlog and make decisions on product milestones and delivery.
  • Mentor team members and support their development and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks across the data platform.
  • Define and implement methods to ensure data infrastructure performance, scalability, and quality.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of distributed computing platforms such as Flink, Spark, or Beam, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or Go.
  • Experience managing security risks and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and compliant systems.
  • Leadership experience guiding teams, managing backlogs, and collaborating across functions.

יתרון

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with microservice architecture, Kafka, Airflow, MLOps, or CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with Postgres SQL, Redis, and Kubernetes.
  • Background in identity management, risk assessment, or fraud detection.
