Design experiences for Navan’s AI-first product for frequent business travelers across mobile and web. Shape how travelers interact with AI, from conversational interfaces to personalization, while supporting user trust and transparency.

  • Design interfaces and interactions for text, voice, and visual experiences.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to build AI-powered travel experiences across mobile and web.
  • Prototype contextual AI behaviors and develop design patterns for voice, chat, suggestions, and explainable AI.
  • Collaborate with research, data science, and content design using user insights and behavioral trends.
  • Promote user trust and transparency in AI design, including decisions, nudges, and personalization.
  • Own work from concept through execution and post-launch iteration, and mentor others in the design practice.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of experience designing consumer, B2C, or B2B2C products.
  • A portfolio showing intuitive solutions to complex or emerging technologies.
  • Strong Figma skills; skills will be assessed in a technical interview.
  • Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • An iterative approach to testing and refining product designs.

  • Motion design or animation skills.
