Lead the development and rollout of AI applications for teams across JFrog, from identifying business needs to production and adoption. Build AI-powered tools and workflows, and work with business, IT, and data teams to ensure they deliver measurable value.

- Identify workflows and business problems where AI and automation can provide value.
- Define AI use cases, MVPs, solution designs, success metrics, and rollout plans.
- Build and roll out AI applications, agents, automations, RAG tools, and internal integrations.
- Evaluate AI technologies and lead build-versus-buy analyses.
- Run AI training and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical teams.
- Coordinate with IS, IT, Legal, and Data teams on secure and compliant AI solutions.
דרישות
- 5+ years in a hands-on technical role, including 1+ years delivering AI, GenAI, agentic, or automation solutions for business or operational users.
- Demonstrated experience shipping tools, automations, workflows, internal products, or prototypes that people used.
- Hands-on knowledge of the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, evaluations, and responsible AI.
- Experience implementing enterprise GenAI platforms and developing agentic workflows with frameworks or low-code platforms.
- Experience with GTM projects, especially sales and marketing, and knowledge of GTM practices and technology.

- Full-stack web development experience.
- Experience with coding agent tools and vibe coding practices.
