Own the end-to-end Banco consumer app experience, including onboarding and identity verification, wallets, cards, and withdrawals across web and mobile. Improve activation, retention, reliability, and localization for workers using the app in countries around the world.

  • Experience owning a B2C or consumer-grade app, ideally in fintech, neobanking, payments, wallets, or gig-economy payouts.
  • Experience improving onboarding or engagement in a consumer app using funnels, activation, and retention metrics.
  • Payments or fintech knowledge, or the ability to quickly learn a complex, regulated domain.
  • Ability to explain product decisions and results with measured baseline, intervention, and outcome metrics.
  • Daily use of AI in product work, with concrete examples.

  • Experience with cross-border or multi-currency payments, card issuing, or KYC-provider integrations.
  • Experience improving a consumer app from early or unstable to reliable at scale.
  • Experience in both a large product management organization and a 0-to-1 environment.
  • Hands-on building and shipping small product changes.
