Join AppsFlyer’s payroll team to lead end-to-end payroll operations for a large workforce, with a focus on Israeli payroll and the opportunity to take on global responsibilities over time. You’ll improve payroll processes and reporting, including by exploring AI and automation tools.

מה תעשו

  • Own and analyze end-to-end payroll processes for 700+ employees.
  • Maintain and validate payroll master data across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage complex payroll cases, including terminations, relocations, corrections, retro payments, leaves, and garnishments.
  • Lead month-end and quarter-end payroll activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors on payroll operations and compliance.
  • Improve payroll workflows, controls, and reporting, and support internal and external audits.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience at a large-scale global company.
  • End-to-end payroll expertise, including calculations, benefits, deductions, reporting, and compliance.
  • Understanding of payroll regulations and statutory reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations, and data validation.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and manage high volumes and tight deadlines accurately.

  • Israeli payroll knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with Hilan Pro, Hilan NEXT, or Hilanet.
  • Experience with global payroll systems, NetSuite, or HRIS platforms such as Oracle.
  • Experience applying AI or automation tools to payroll, HR, or reporting workflows.
  • Fluent English; an AppsFlyer employee recommendation.
