Provide trade and administrative support to global retail, corporate, and institutional clients, and help them use eToro’s products and platforms. The role includes onboarding and retaining high-value clients, answering trading questions, and supporting clients in Spanish and English.

  • Provide trade and administrative support to clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Support clients with financial instruments, trading calculations, order types, charges, and trade investigations.
  • Respond to client queries and promote products and platforms through cross-selling.
  • Onboard and retain high-value clients, including assisting with high-severity cases and inquiries.
  • Deliver client service aligned with the company’s culture and values.

דרישות

  • Native-level Spanish proficiency.
  • Professional-level English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, retention, sales, or portfolio management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
