Lead the global Talent Acquisition transformation strategy, including recruiting technology, AI, automation, analytics, and operating practices. Improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience across NiCE’s global organization.

  • Define and execute the global Talent Acquisition transformation and operations strategy.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition technology roadmap, including ATS, CRM, AI tools, automation, and analytics.
  • Drive adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, hiring quality, and candidate experience.
  • Establish global standards, governance, and operating procedures.
  • Own recruiting analytics, reporting, executive dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition tool ecosystem, vendor relationships, and cross-functional programs.

דרישות

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 4 years focused on TA Operations in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Proven success leading TA Operations in a global, high-growth, technology-driven organization.
  • Expertise in recruiting technologies, process design, analytics, and operational transformation.
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

  • At least 4 years focused on TA Operations
  • Available to work in the NiCE-FLEX hybrid model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely each week
