You will design, implement, and maintain aerial systems, working hands-on with development teams in the office, lab, and field. You will help move products from prototypes toward mass production and support their integration and operation in tactical environments.

- Drive system architecture and detailed specifications for aerial systems through rapid iterations and hands-on prototyping.
- Support the transition of products from prototype and certification phases into mass production.
- Deploy, configure, and integrate hardware and software components for tactical environments.
- Work with R&D, manufacturing, QA, and field operations throughout the system lifecycle.
- Maintain system documentation and train team members on system updates, safety procedures, and compliance.
דרישות
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related roles.
- Proven experience developing multidisciplinary aerial systems, including the flying platform.
- Knowledge and proven experience with aerial systems safety standards, compliance, and defense regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Experience scaling a product from prototype to mass production.
- Familiarity with FPV drone development and operations.
