Design and guide production-grade software architecture, including GenAI systems, from discovery and technical decisions through evaluation, security, and handover. You will advise customers, support technical pre-sales, and help raise architecture standards across CodeValue’s teams.

  • Lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders and turn needs into scoped solutions or recommendations.
  • Design end-to-end agentic systems, retrieval strategies, and model portfolios.
  • Build evaluation, observability, and quality measures for production AI systems.
  • Design for cost, latency, security, governance, and compliance.
  • Partner with sales on solution shaping, estimation, and architecture discussions with customers.
  • Mentor engineers and architects, review designs and code, and develop reference architectures.

דרישות

  • Personally shipped and supported a non-trivial LLM-based system in production.
  • Built or owned an evaluation harness for an AI system.
  • Strong Python skills and deep software architecture fundamentals across distributed systems, APIs, integrations, data modeling, security, and operations.
  • Experience designing multi-step, tool-using agentic systems and engineering for cost and latency.

  • Consulting, professional services, or solution architecture experience in a multi-customer environment.
  • Delivery in a regulated domain such as finance, healthcare, defense, or the public sector.
  • Open-source contributions, published technical writing, or conference talks in AI.
  • Data engineering or platform depth, classical ML experience, team leadership, or a relevant degree.
