Manage, implement, and maintain enterprise telephony, voice, and recording systems. The role supports technical projects and is based in central Israel with a hybrid work model.

  • Implement, operate, and maintain NICE and ACE recording systems.
  • Manage Cisco IP Telephony environments, including CUCM and Cisco IP Phones.
  • Configure CUCM, Cisco phones, SIP, Trunks, and related telephony components.
  • Support network and communication infrastructure, including TCP/IP and RTP.
  • Support and lead technical projects, including specifications, installation, implementation, and user training.
  • Work with Windows and Linux operating systems.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience implementing, operating, and maintaining NICE and ACE recording systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing Cisco IP Telephony environments, including CUCM and Cisco IP Phones.
  • Experience configuring CUCM, SIP, Trunks, and telephony components.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and RTP; experience with technical projects, Windows and Linux, and Microsoft Office.
