Manage financial reporting, budgets, compliance, and financial processes across Team8’s portfolio companies. Partner with founders and management teams from company formation through growth, and report to the Director of Finance.

  • Establish and support financial infrastructure in portfolio companies.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly closings and prepare financial statements.
  • Prepare annual budgets, monitor budget versus actual performance, and analyze variances.
  • Oversee cash flow, payments, tax reporting, and compliance in Israel and the U.S.
  • Manage external audit relationships and annual audits.
  • Improve and automate financial processes and systems.

דרישות

  • C.P.A.
  • Experience auditing global Hi-Tech companies, working in a high-growth start-up, or working in VC; listed as mandatory.
  • At least two years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
