Build the foundational platform Gong teams use to design, evaluate, deploy, and operate AI agents. You’ll develop agent frameworks, runtime systems, evaluation tools, and observability capabilities used across the company.

  • Design and build Gong’s internal agentic framework, integrating tools such as LangChain, LangSmith, and ADK.
  • Build evaluation systems for AI agents, including quality metrics, regression detection, and experimentation infrastructure.
  • Create observability capabilities for agents, including tracing, logging, monitoring, cost tracking, and safety guardrails.
  • Develop APIs, SDKs, and abstractions that help product teams build, test, and operate agents.
  • Build integrations across Python and Java and develop the runtime for agent orchestration and execution.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with system design and platform-building expertise.
  • Hands-on experience building production agentic systems or agent frameworks, including orchestration, tool usage, memory management, and multi-step workflows.
  • Experience designing and operating production AI agents, including handling failure modes, retries, observability, and real user traffic.
  • Strong understanding of AI evaluation methods, including agent and prompt evaluation, regression testing, and quality monitoring.
  • High proficiency in Python and familiarity with Java.
