Lead a team of DevOps Engineers and design AWS environments and cloud architectures for customers ranging from startups to large enterprises. The role combines hands-on infrastructure work, customer engagement, technical leadership, and AI infrastructure initiatives.

מה תעשו

  • Lead and mentor DevOps Engineers, including prioritization, code reviews, training, and onboarding.
  • Design AWS architectures and lead greenfield environment setups, migrations, and modernization projects.
  • Work with customers’ technology leaders on requirements, solutions, and infrastructure roadmaps; participate in pre-sales.
  • Lead infrastructure as code, CI/CD, GitOps, observability, cloud security, compliance, and FinOps initiatives.
  • Design infrastructure for AI projects, including Bedrock, SageMaker, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
  • Handle complex incidents and lead post-mortems.

דרישות

  • At least 2 years of professional Team Lead or Tech Lead experience.
  • 5+ years of DevOps experience, including 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
  • Experience designing complex cloud architectures and building AWS environments from scratch.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform and knowledge of AWS networking and multi-account environments.
  • High-level English, including technical documentation and work with international customers.

יתרון

  • Experience in a project-based company, consulting firm, MSP, or AWS Partner.
  • AWS Professional or Specialty certifications.
  • Experience with large-scale AWS migrations or infrastructure for Agentic AI solutions.
  • Experience with pre-sales, serverless, FinOps, cloud cost optimization, compliance frameworks, or multi-cloud environments.
