Kela develops command-and-control and data infrastructure systems for defense organizations. You will lead system projects from customer requirements through development, deployment, and support.

  • Lead multidisciplinary system projects from customer requirements through development, field installation, and support.
  • Develop system specifications and architecture, making engineering trade-offs.
  • Guide development teams during implementation to ensure alignment with the architecture.
  • Lead product lines and coordinate development, operations, and field teams.
  • Configure and integrate hardware and software components.
  • Ensure security standards, high availability, and operational resilience.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of system engineering experience, including leading complex, multidisciplinary systems.
  • 2+ years in a full-time engineering role, in addition to systems engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and communications systems.
  • Familiarity with IoT, sensors, and energy-related systems.

יתרון

  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization, such as AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with drone development or autonomous systems.
