Lead the Platform Engineering organization responsible for the cloud platform powering NICE Actimize SaaS offerings. Set platform strategy and guide teams working across DevOps, SRE, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, databases and observability.

  • Define and execute the Platform Engineering vision and roadmap.
  • Build, lead and grow teams across DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure and Platform Engineering.
  • Own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS environments and lead modernization initiatives.
  • Own enterprise CI/CD platforms, deployment workflows and release engineering practices.
  • Lead reliability improvement programs and strengthen incident response, observability and platform resilience.
  • Partner with R&D, Product Management, Security, Operations and Architecture teams on the cloud platform.

דרישות

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure or Software Engineering.
  • Experience leading large-scale cloud-native SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability and production operations.

  • Experience leading Platform Engineering transformations.
  • Experience with AI-enabled engineering tools and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures or Database Reliability Engineering.
  • AWS or equivalent cloud certifications; experience with regulated or security-sensitive platforms.

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure or Software Engineering
