Own Papaya Gaming’s corporate IT operations and employee technology experience, including identity systems, devices, SaaS applications, and IT support. Work with Security, People, and Finance to improve IT workflows, manage infrastructure, and support company security and compliance.

  • Administer identity systems, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Manage macOS and Windows devices, including enrollment, patching, software deployment, and compliance.
  • Own employee onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning, equipment delivery, and day-to-day IT support.
  • Manage SaaS applications, IT assets, licenses, vendors, renewals, and costs.
  • Build AI-enabled automations and integrations for repetitive IT processes.
  • Manage the Helpdesk team, network infrastructure, and video conferencing systems.

דרישות

  • 6+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience, managing at least 1–2 direct reports.
  • Hands-on experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Slack.
  • Strong macOS administration skills and working knowledge of Windows environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, and with AI automation, APIs, scripting, or low-code workflow platforms.

  • Experience supporting a growing technology company and working with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with n8n or similar tools.
