The Cloud FinOps Engineer manages and optimizes cloud costs across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. The role works with R&D and DevOps to improve cost visibility, governance, and infrastructure efficiency.

  • Identify and execute cloud cost-saving opportunities through rightsizing, scaling, lifecycle management, and architectural improvements.
  • Work with R&D and DevOps to assess cost impacts of architectural decisions.
  • Build and maintain visibility into cloud spending and provide actionable insights to teams.
  • Manage cloud cost operations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, including tagging policies and governance.
  • Optimize Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and Spot instances.

דרישות

  • 3+ years of experience managing cloud costs in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and experience building or scaling efficient infrastructure.
  • Experience leading end-to-end cost optimization programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical data to stakeholders.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Experience with Kubernetes cost allocation and shared-resource tools such as Keda or Kubecost.
  • Experience with Umbrella, Azure Cost Management, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, or automated cost-governance and tagging policies.
