Lead Gong’s AI security strategy and protect its AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, models, and AI-powered products. Build security frameworks and operations that support responsible AI innovation and protect sensitive customer data.

  • Own end-to-end AI security strategy across AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, LLMs, RAG systems, and autonomous AI agents.
  • Design and oversee secure-by-design frameworks and security architecture for AI products and platforms.
  • Lead AI threat modeling, adversarial testing, red teaming, and vulnerability management.
  • Develop AI governance, internal security policies, and alignment with emerging regulations and standards.
  • Build security tooling, automation, and continuous monitoring for AI environments.
  • Lead cross-functional security initiatives with Data Science, AI Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and SecOps teams.

דרישות

  • 7+ years in cybersecurity, including at least 2 years securing data science environments, ML pipelines, or AI-native applications.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, LLM mechanics, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Strong familiarity with MITRE ATLAS and the OWASP GenAI Security Project.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating complex technical AI risks to executives.
