Design and scale backend systems that power Forter’s real-time fraud decisions and APIs. Build reliable, low-latency infrastructure used for critical business decisions by major merchants.

  • Design, build, and scale backend systems for real-time decisioning and APIs.
  • Own projects from design and implementation through production rollout and monitoring.
  • Ensure low latency, fault tolerance, and high throughput across distributed environments.
  • Improve observability, reliability, and developer experience through operational practices and tooling.
  • Collaborate with Product, analysts, data scientists, and infrastructure teams.
  • Participate in technical discussions and customer interactions, including support for enterprise integrations.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of experience building backend systems in large-scale production environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Experience designing and maintaining high-scale distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with API Gateway architectures, schema or versioning strategies, or platformization.
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing frameworks such as Flink or Storm and resilience patterns.
  • Experience working alongside data science or machine learning teams.
  • Contributions to developer platforms, infrastructure services, or internal tools.
