Own the technical post-sale customer journey, from deployment and integration through adoption and ongoing success. Work with customers, founders, Product, and R&D to implement AI-powered enterprise workflows and help shape the delivery function.

  • Understand customer workflows, operational processes, and deployment requirements.
  • Translate customer findings into implementation plans for AI-powered solutions.
  • Assess data readiness and configure AI components in tailored workflows.
  • Own end-to-end deployment and define success metrics.
  • Lead integrations with enterprise systems and guide customers through security, compliance, and IT approvals.
  • Plan rollouts and drive adoption after launch.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or a similar post-sale customer-facing role.
  • Experience with enterprise customers, specifically in the Israeli market.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications.
  • Experience supporting cloud deployments and enterprise system integrations.
  • Excellent Hebrew proficiency for daily client communications.

  • Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms.
  • Financial services industry experience.
