The Platform Enablement & Automation team turns business requirements into production-ready configurations and builds the internal platform that supports them. You’ll work directly with business teams to design, build, deploy, and maintain software, using AI-assisted development as part of your daily work.

  • Own solutions from business requirements through design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Work with business teams to gather requirements and build software that reduces manual, repetitive work.
  • Build across the stack, including Node.js services, a React front end, and the data layer.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to design, prototype, build, and ship production software.
  • Build AI-enabled workflows, agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and self-service capabilities.
  • Manage version control, pipelines, and releases across Sandbox, QA, and production.

דרישות

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or a closely related technical role, owning solutions through production.
  • Solid understanding of Node.js and the ability to read and understand code, including code written by others.
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle, from requirements and design through testing, release, and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to build production-grade software.
  • Practical experience with AI and LLM platforms, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

יתרון

  • Experience in fintech or payments.
  • Experience with MongoDB and relational databases, such as SQL or MSSQL.
