Drive development of NextSilicon’s software platform, helping define the software group’s product and technical direction. Coordinate cross-functional teams and processes to deliver software for HPC and AI applications.

  • Collaborate with team leaders to establish the software group’s product and technical vision.
  • Lead planning, development, and implementation across cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor projects, report progress, manage risks, and address dependencies from initiation through delivery.
  • Lead process and methodology improvements to support business goals.
  • Help define the product roadmap and New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

דרישות

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of technical program or project management experience on software engineering projects supporting large-scale software groups.
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools, preferably Agile and Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, communication, and management skills.

  • Familiarity with DevOps methodology, infrastructure management, and CI/CD pipeline definition.
  • Background in HPC and AI.
  • Customer-facing experience.
