Lead the technical direction of Quantum Machines’ core backend layer while guiding the engineers who build it. Shape architecture and design decisions, and stay hands-on with code for systems handling high-throughput workloads and strict latency requirements.

  • Experience designing systems for high throughput, distributed coordination, and performance trade-offs.
  • Ability to lead design reviews and propose sound alternatives.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and building standards for code quality.
