Lead the architecture and technical direction of Gong’s Revenue Harness, an agentic framework that helps revenue professionals understand deals, customers, and pipelines, then reason and act on their behalf. Build and guide scalable AI systems, set quality and reliability standards, and contribute hands-on across teams.

  • 10+ years of backend development, with strong expertise in Java and modern frameworks such as Spring Boot.
  • Proven Staff or Principal-level impact across multiple teams, leading through influence.
  • Hands-on experience shipping production LLM applications, such as agents, tool calling, RAG, or structured generation.
  • Deep expertise in large-scale distributed systems, including asynchronous, event-driven, and streaming architectures.
  • Experience mentoring and communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience with agent frameworks or protocols such as MCP, Spring AI, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, and multi-provider routing.
  • Experience with vector databases, search infrastructure, or knowledge graphs.
  • Familiarity with AI security, Python, or B2B SaaS, CRM, and revenue technology.
