You will develop IRONSCALES’ AI platform and contribute to the design and architecture of a cloud-based cybersecurity product. The role includes building agentic workflows and platform components, and improving development velocity, quality, and performance.

מה תעשו

  • Develop agentic workflows, agents, MCPs, skills, platform components, backend frameworks, libraries, and services.
  • Work with the AI Platform team and AI Guild engineers on architecture for a cloud-based, AI-driven microservices platform.
  • Identify optimization and modernization opportunities, develop plans, and deliver them.
  • Design and review system architecture and feature designs.
  • Introduce best practices and incorporate AI agents, tools, and infrastructure components.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of backend development experience, including at least 2 years in Python.
  • 2+ years of experience in software infrastructure or platform teams.
  • Experience in AI-driven software engineering, agentic development lifecycle, building skills, MCPs, and AI agents.
  • Experience with modern cloud and software stacks, CI/CD, DevX, microservices, Kubernetes, high-scale systems, and low-latency processing.
  • Experience with message brokers, synchronous and asynchronous processing, relational and non-relational databases; BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
