Design, build, and deploy AI agents and AI-first features across Connecteam’s product. Work across backend services, data pipelines, and React interfaces, collaborating with product, design, and data teams to bring features into production.

  • Design and implement AI agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and tool integrations.
  • Build full-stack features, including backend APIs, data models, and React interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain agent-supporting services and pipelines, including vector search, embeddings, function calling, and observability.
  • Improve inference performance and cost, and support secure and reliable systems.
  • Prototype AI capabilities, analyze usage and performance metrics, and improve products and models.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of full-stack development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Python, or Node/Go for backend.
  • Experience with modern cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Docker, or CI/CD.
  • Product-oriented mindset and focus on building useful user experiences.

יתרון

  • Understanding of LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or custom AI pipelines.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Experience with observability, AI-agent feedback loops, or AI evaluation techniques.
