Automation Infrastructure Tech Lead

Lead the technical direction and development of infrastructure for Infinidat’s large-scale automation environment, working hands-on with C++ and Python. Guide engineers and set the quality strategy for a complex distributed storage system.

  • Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for automation infrastructure.
  • Work with Automation, R&D, Product, and infrastructure teams on testability, edge cases, and environment and protocol compatibility.
  • Mentor engineers across local and remote sites and conduct design and code reviews.
  • Lead investigations into complex issues, including race conditions, timing-sensitive failures, and environment mismatches.

דרישות

  • At least 10 years of hands-on Python and C++ coding experience on Linux platforms.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing or technically mentoring a team.
  • Experience with complex, multi-service distributed systems and diagnosing failures across components.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

יתרון

  • Experience with enterprise storage, such as SAN, NAS, or object storage.
  • Hands-on experience with FC, SMB, NFS, or S3 protocols.
  • Knowledge of Linux internals and networking.
