You’ll build and improve Popai’s healthcare AI platform, taking product ideas from concept through production. You’ll work with engineering, product, design, AI, and customer success teams to create useful, reliable experiences for care teams and patients.

  • Take ownership of product work from idea to production, shipping frequently and improving based on feedback.
  • Make architectural decisions across the stack, balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Partner with AI engineers to build reliable product experiences using AI capabilities.
  • Use coding agents across the development lifecycle to expand the team’s AI-native development capabilities.
  • Understand customer needs, shape product and UX, and help decide what to build.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong backend experience in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, and TypeScript.
  • Understanding of event-driven architectures, WebSockets, and distributed systems concepts such as idempotency and fault tolerance.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work in an early-stage environment.
