Deploy, support, and optimize VAST Data’s enterprise platform in public and private cloud environments. Work with customers on cloud operations, troubleshooting, automation, and hybrid cloud integrations to support adoption of the VAST AI OS.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud services and infrastructure in customer environments.
  • Build technical relationships with customers and support adoption of the VAST On Cloud product portfolio.
  • Contribute to cloud automation using Infrastructure as Code tools and scripting.
  • Troubleshoot cloud instances, networks, and infrastructure-level incidents; perform root cause analysis.
  • Integrate VAST On Cloud with customers’ on-premises systems and support hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, pre-sales, and professional services teams.

דרישות

  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles involving complex cloud infrastructure, networking, or storage.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, including cloud operations and instance management.
  • Advanced cloud networking and security knowledge, including hybrid cloud design and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Python, cloud APIs or SDKs, cloud CLIs, and Linux systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana, and Prometheus.

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer certification.
  • Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer certification.

תנאי סף

  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • B.Sc. or MS in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to travel around 20% of the time
  • Participation in a rotational weekend shift every 8–12 weeks and occasional holiday coverage
