You will lead easyplant’s global supply chain, including strategy, planning, procurement, supplier management, logistics, and the team. You will build the processes and systems needed to support the company’s growth while improving costs, inventory, and network performance.

  • Define and drive easyplant’s global supply chain strategy and footprint.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives across sourcing, materials, logistics, inventory, and operations.
  • Own material and inventory planning across the fulfillment network.
  • Manage global supplier relationships, negotiations, and onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Oversee inbound freight, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Develop supply chain processes, KPIs, MRP capabilities, and the Supply Chain team.

דרישות

  • 8+ years of Supply Chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or significant ownership role.
  • Experience across planning, inventory, procurement or sourcing, and logistics.
  • Proven ability to drive cost reductions and negotiate with strategic suppliers.
  • Experience working with MRP or similar supply chain planning systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Experience with a high-volume B2C or consumer products supply chain.
