Own end-to-end relationships with component and sub-system vendors, covering commercial governance, supply continuity, quality, NPI, and RMA management. Work with Engineering, Quality, Global Supply Chain, and Planning to support reliable hardware delivery.

  • Lead vendor onboarding, qualification audits, and production readiness reviews.
  • Manage vendor pricing, capacity commitments, payment terms, contracts, and business reviews.
  • Drive delivery execution against forecasts and manage shortages, capacity issues, and vendor liability.
  • Oversee vendor quality metrics, corrective actions, engineering changes, and NPI participation.
  • Manage field returns, failure analysis, replacement shipments, and 8D root cause closure.

דרישות

  • 10+ years in vendor management, strategic sourcing, or supply chain at a hardware technology company.
  • Experience managing vendors end-to-end across commercial, technical, quality, and supply areas.
  • Hands-on experience with NPI cycles, including qualification, EVT/DVT/PVT, and PCN management.
  • Experience negotiating supply agreements, pricing frameworks, and capacity commitments.
  • ERP familiarity, such as SAP, Priority, or equivalent.
