Build and operate LLM-powered agents, automation pipelines, integrations, and infrastructure for teams across Noma Security. Turn business needs into production systems, then monitor and improve their reliability and impact.

  • Build LLM-powered agents, automation pipelines, and backend services.
  • Develop integrations across internal and external systems, including custom MCP servers.
  • Maintain and improve the MCP Gateway, including reliability, authentication, secrets management, and versioning.
  • Deploy, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production agents and automations.
  • Build evaluation frameworks and test sets to measure agent performance and identify regressions.
  • Work with teams across the company to gather feedback, improve adoption, and measure business impact.

דרישות

  • 3–5 years of software engineering or hands-on development experience.
  • Strong Python skills and experience writing production-grade code.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI.
  • Experience building integrations with REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous pipelines.
  • Experience with automation platforms and MCP, including building or integrating MCP servers.

  • Background in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
  • Experience building internal developer platforms or company-wide automation infrastructure.
