Lead engineering for Navan Edge, an AI-powered travel assistant and concierge for frequent business travelers. Own product and technical execution from initial scope through global scale, with responsibility for business metrics and engineering teams.

  • Lead engineering from initial product scope toward global scale and build a team of engineering managers.
  • Own product and technical domains end to end, including booking volume, conversion rates, system latency, and AI inference costs.
  • Guide the architecture and implementation of the AI stack, including LangChain, Nest.js, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations, and present technical plans to senior executives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain engineering and AI talent.

דרישות

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 4 years in senior leadership roles managing engineering managers or directors.
  • Proven experience owning user-facing AI products, conversational LLMs, and scalable chatbot architectures.
  • Willingness to work 3 days per week from the Tel Aviv office, increasing to 4–5 days as business needs require.
