DriveNets is hiring a Controller to oversee accounting and finance activities, including period-end closing, internal controls, payroll, and foreign subsidiary accounting. The role also includes working with external auditors and preparing financial statements and tax reports in compliance with US GAAP and applicable requirements.

  • Take part in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and workflows; oversee bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounting, local requirements, salaries, and financial reports for foreign subsidiaries.
  • Manage day-to-day finance activities, including accounts payable, cash flow, banking, payments, billing, and VAT returns.
  • Coordinate payroll with the external payroll bureau and work with the external auditor.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and tax reports, and undertake accounting and finance projects as needed.

דרישות

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar position in the hi-tech industry.
  • Internship at a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with US GAAP.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills, including inventory-related workflows.
  • Native-level proficiency in English.
