You will shape the architecture and scale the Identity Security Posture Management platform, focusing on security research, performance, and engineering standards. You will work with Product and R&D to build scalable solutions and mentor engineers.

- Design, build, and scale high-performance software and drive architectural best practices.
- Research cloud, SaaS ecosystems, and AI agents to develop detection models, mitigation strategies, and threat intelligence.
- Improve code quality, testing, monitoring, and documentation across teams.
- Partner with Product and R&D to turn security requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural challenges.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards and knowledge sharing.
דרישות
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience in security product development, security research, or threat/incident response.
- 4+ years of hands-on Python experience focused on backend architecture and scalable systems.
- Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and technical leadership.

- Experience with Snowflake or other modern data warehousing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and modern cloud-native architectures.

- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Python experience
- Hands-on experience in security product development, security research, or threat/incident response
- Availability to work from the Tel Aviv office 3 days a week
