You will develop WalkMe’s runtime engine and Digital Adoption Platform, building web applications and integrating AI capabilities. You will lead server-side and micro frontend architecture, make technical decisions, and guide other engineers.

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Lead server-side development using microservices architecture.
  • Drive the design and implementation of micro frontend architecture.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define technical direction and deliver applications.
  • Make architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience with JavaScript and web technologies.
  • Deep experience with server-side development using Node.js.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Experience with NoSQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS.

  • Java experience.
  • Experience working with large-scale applications.
  • Experience building or integrating LLM-powered features into production applications.
