Own global IT operations, including infrastructure, endpoint management, employee support, and service metrics. Lead and mentor the IT operations team while managing incidents, vendors, and operational processes.

  • Administer Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Manage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance.
  • Manage employee lifecycle, access provisioning, equipment delivery, and day-to-day IT support.
  • Manage vendors, renewals, and cost optimization.
  • Manage A/V and video conferencing rooms, equipment, and systems.
  • Lead IT team members and manage wired, wireless, and virtual network infrastructure.
  • Maintain documentation, procedures, inventories, and service metrics (SLA and KPI).

דרישות

  • 6+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience, managing at least 2–3 direct reports.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering Google Workspace, Kandji, Jamp cloud, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Strong macOS administration skills and working knowledge.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a large organization.
  • Experience with monitoring and control systems.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
  • Experience with AI automation, APIs, or scripting.
  • Experience supporting a growing technology company and working with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
  • Good understanding of ITSM platforms.
  • Advanced enterprise network management and configuration, including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VLANs, access points, switches, and firewalls.
