Lead backend and frontend engineers through implementation, delivery, and iteration while building scalable systems for customers. Work with product managers and the engineering team to deliver reliable software and maintain technical quality.

  • Oversee system reliability, monitoring, performance optimization, and incident response.
  • Drive technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

דרישות

  • 2+ years of leadership experience guiding engineering teams and making architectural decisions.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on scalable architecture and system design.
  • Proficiency in modern system architecture for large-scale, high-performance systems.
  • B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Experience developing software in Go.
  • Experience leading a multidisciplinary team, including frontend technologies.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and B2B cybersecurity, cloud security, IAM, or encryption key management.
