Lead the Orchestrator team responsible for Orca’s scan pipeline, from trigger to published results, across production sites worldwide. Provide technical and people leadership while evolving a large-scale distributed platform for greater scale, resilience, and visibility.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior software engineers.
  • Drive projects end to end, from design through deployment and production monitoring.
  • Design and review architecture for large-scale distributed systems.
  • Improve platform scalability, resilience, observability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product, SRE, and R&D teams on priorities and success metrics.
  • Write and review clean, maintainable, tested code.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in a team lead role.
  • Experience leading teams that build and operate large-scale, mission-critical distributed systems.
  • Strong hands-on Python experience, including async programming at scale.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems design and resilience patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with event streaming and queueing systems such as Kafka and SQS.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and cloud provider APIs, particularly AWS.

  • Hands-on experience with Redis and relational databases such as Postgres.
