Own Port’s analytics function, define and validate company KPIs, and set standards for how metrics are modeled and used. Partner with teams across the company to build trusted dashboards and support data-driven decisions.

  • Define and validate core KPI business logic with executives and stakeholders, then model approved metrics in the data warehouse.
  • Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to understand what needs to be measured and why.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Business Analytics on scalable data pipelines, data models, and semantic layers.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and optimization of BI and data infrastructure with data engineering.
  • Build and maintain cross-company dashboards and reports for business leaders.

דרישות

  • 5+ years in analytics, BI, or data product management at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of business analytics, KPI definition, and metrics design.
  • Experience owning data and analytics products end-to-end, from business problem definition through development and production.
  • Experience with a modern data stack, including a warehouse such as Snowflake, dbt or an equivalent transformation layer, a semantic layer, and a BI tool.
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks, metric definitions, and dashboards; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
