Own the Book with AI product across Hotels, Rental Cars, and Rail, from initial travel requests through booking and post-booking support. You will work with product, engineering, design, AI/ML, data, and travel teams to improve booking experiences and outcomes.

  • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Book with AI across Hotels, Rental Cars, and Rail.
  • Improve the full booking journey, from intent understanding and search through checkout, booking, and post-booking support.
  • Lead experiments across conversational flows, recommendations, search, and booking experiences.
  • Partner with AI, data, and engineering teams to improve intent understanding, ranking, recommendations, and personalization.
  • Review production conversations and bug bash findings, identify root causes, and validate fixes.
  • Define goals and evaluation criteria for AI behavior, including task completion, accuracy, policy compliance, and recovery from failures.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning and shipping customer-facing products.
  • Experience owning a complex product or product area end to end, including strategy, discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and measurement.
  • Experience improving measurable product outcomes such as conversion, task completion, engagement, retention, or customer satisfaction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to align stakeholders and communicate with customers.
  • A data-informed approach to product decisions, combined with qualitative judgment and customer empathy.

  • Experience building AI assistants, conversational products, recommendation systems, search experiences, or agentic workflows.
  • Experience defining or using LLM evaluations, quality rubrics, production monitoring, or experimentation frameworks.
