You will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in Tel Aviv, from sourcing and interviews through offers. You will partner with hiring managers and recruiting agencies, build candidate pipelines, and support referral programs.

  • Manage contract and budget processes with recruiting partners.
  • Support internal referral programs and encourage employee referrals.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience for technical or R&D roles at a high-tech company or startup.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using recruiting databases and social media platforms.
  • Experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Hebrew.
  • Degree in Social Science, Behavioural Science, or equivalent.
