Manage on-site customer activities and provide initial assistance with product-related phone and email queries. Work with support and operations teams to help protect enterprise customers’ data across hardware and software issues.

  • Initiate and manage on-site customer activities, logistically and operationally
  • Engage with Tier-3 Support, Technical Advisers, Global Operations and other teams
  • Provide initial assistance with incoming product-related phone calls and email queries
  • Maintain and improve the internal knowledge base and workflows

דרישות

  • Availability for 5 shifts a week, including nights and weekends
  • Fluent English, written and verbal
  • Client-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with people of different backgrounds
  • Technology-oriented, with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
