You’ll design experiences for Charm’s AI agents and copilots, helping bank teams and customers respond to fraud and scams. You’ll make complex workflows clear and support users handling sensitive situations.

  • Own design work from problem exploration and prototyping through polished, production-ready designs.
  • Make complex workflows clear so users can connect evidence, prioritize tasks, and decide what to do next.
  • Design understandable AI insights, recommendations, and actions with meaningful user control.
  • Contribute to the design system and create consistent patterns across products and workflows.
  • Use customer conversations, feedback, and product usage to improve the experience.
  • Work closely with engineers through delivery to maintain design quality.

דרישות

  • 3+ years of product design experience, including work on complex B2B products.
  • A portfolio showing design thinking, decisions, and shipped experiences.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills, including hierarchy, typography, layout, and detail.
  • Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Strong English communication skills.

  • A degree in Visual Communication.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products or tools for complex decisions.
  • Experience making complex data easy to understand and act on.
  • Familiarity with fintech, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention.
