Lead the design team and UX strategy for Taboola News, a mobile content-discovery platform used across devices from leading OEMs and carriers. Combine team leadership with hands-on product design to improve user experiences and support business results for OEM partners.

- Set design priorities across product areas and translate product managers’ UX needs into direction.
- Represent user needs and design quality in product and business decisions.
- Define and build the design system.
- Use qualitative and quantitative user insights to guide design decisions.
- Design core product flows, from concepts and prototypes to end-to-end solutions.
דרישות
- 6+ years of product design experience, including B2C mobile-oriented consumer products.
- 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and growing a design team.
- Experience with user research, conversion funnels, user journeys, and qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Experience building and scaling design systems across multi-device or white-label implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in design and high-level written and spoken English.

- Background in ad-based products, audience segmentation, and ad monetization UX.
- Experience in gaming, gamification, social dynamics, or engagement mechanics.
- Experience designing for OEM, carrier, or mobile environments.
