Design and maintain data pipelines and backend systems that support Eleos Health’s operational and analytical needs. The role enables AI/ML products and works with engineering, product, and data science teams to deliver reliable data services.

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend systems.
  • Optimize data processing for speed, efficiency, and fault tolerance.
  • Monitor and improve infrastructure uptime, reliability, and observability.
  • Build systems for data quality, consistency, and usability.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to deliver features.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and lead scalability efforts.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of Python experience in backend or data engineering roles.
  • Experience designing and operating production data pipelines, backend services, and data infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with ML/AI-powered products in production.
  • Experience optimizing performance and ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
  • Strong foundation in data quality, governance, security, and observability.

יתרון

  • Familiarity with LLM and RAG technologies and experience supporting their deployment or integration.
  • Experience with technologies such as Spark, DBT, Airflow, Airbyte, Kafka, FastAPI, SFTP, Iceberg, vector databases, RDS, AWS, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with ML/LLM libraries and frameworks such as Gemini or Hugging Face.
