Build high-scale data platforms, internal products, APIs, event pipelines, and integrations used by teams across Connecteam. Develop data and LLM-backed features that support business decision-making and operate reliably at production scale.

  • Develop internal tools and products for teams across Connecteam.
  • Build and maintain services and APIs for complex, multi-step workflows.
  • Operate real-time, event-driven systems at high volume.
  • Create and manage data pipelines and checks for data quality.
  • Design and ship LLM and agent features, including tool use, prompts, and evaluation.
  • Integrate third-party tools and lead technical plans through to production.

דרישות

  • At least 8 years of backend engineering experience.
  • At least 8 years of Python experience, or deep backend experience with the ability to ramp up quickly on Python.
  • Experience writing and maintaining production services and REST APIs at scale.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on event-driven development experience.
  • Daily use of LLMs and coding agents; experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS).

  • Familiarity with big data and high-velocity or high-volume systems.
