Lead the strategy, development, and scaling of JFrog’s subscription management products. Manage engineering teams and work with product and business stakeholders to deliver reliable products and support customer adoption.

  • Foster collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Define procedures and workflows for rapid innovation and enterprise-grade product quality.
  • Set the organization’s AI enablement vision, build a roadmap, and drive execution.
  • Translate business goals into engineering strategy with product, sales, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering leaders, product teams, and business stakeholders to support customer adoption.

דרישות

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 5 years in leadership roles managing diverse R&D teams, including managing managers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and customer management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps-focused organizations.
  • Experience delivering scalable cloud or SaaS services and working in multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments is an advantage.

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience in platform engineering.
