Build backend infrastructure, APIs, authentication, MCP servers, and developer tools that let AI agents use Cloudinary reliably. Help shape Cloudinary’s platform for machine callers and measure how well agent workflows succeed.

  • Build API-first account provisioning, machine-to-machine authentication, scoped credentials, and agent identity and attribution.
  • Own MCP servers and an agent-first CLI for discovering and invoking Cloudinary.
  • Improve reliability of uploads and core media operations for non-human callers.
  • Partner on instrumentation, signals, and attribution to measure agent success.
  • Build across Node.js/TypeScript, Ruby/Rails, and Go backend systems.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate on agent workflows with Product, Ecosystem, and Discoverability teams.

דרישות

  • 10+ years building and operating production APIs, SDKs, and backend systems at scale.
  • Strong Node.js/TypeScript skills and comfort working in or quickly learning Ruby/Rails and/or Go.
  • Strong API and protocol design fundamentals, including authentication, versioning, idempotency, and rate limiting.
  • Distributed-systems and cloud experience, such as AWS or equivalent.
  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with MCP, LLM tool/function-calling, or AI- or agent-native products.
  • Experience building SDKs, CLIs, or developer tools.
  • Background in media, imaging, or video processing and delivery.
  • Open-source contributions in the agent or developer-tooling ecosystem.
