Lead engineering processes and work with leadership, product, and clinical teams to build new features for Eleos Health’s behavioral health CareOps automation platform. Help develop a roadmap focused on quality and time to market, using technology to reduce documentation work and support better care.

דרישות

  • 4+ years leading a team of at least 5 developers building and maintaining SaaS applications at scale in production.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with production applications and real-world users.
  • Experience building end-to-end web services and working with large amounts of data.
  • Proficiency in React, Angular, or another modern JavaScript framework, with a JavaScript tech stack background.
  • Experience with Python, microservices, AWS, and LLM tools such as LiteLLM, Langfuse, or LangGraph.
